> That's difficult to really say about him dragging it out. There are times I seen the same live vids most of us seen from the 1994 era. And one time I think you know, what planet is this man on. But than there's that non jaded part of me that really just takes the man on to stage and it all just comes to life. And I come to life. Like Meat Loaf is a real stronger performance artist. And a lot like BOOH the original, Jimmy had something to do with Meat's interpretation of the Bat 2 songs. By the time the tours for Bat 2 were coming around, Meat was listening to Jimmy, and at the same time he had his own band thing from 1981 onward. So I think Meat likes to take the helm now, and he loves and respects Jim, and I think the 1994 live stuff really conveys that more so than in recent years. But hey, I'm not always a cynic either.
I don't know Meat, he gets all tongue tied, but he a human. And not everything he gonna say is gonna be robotically perfect. I also like Jimmy for the reason, that he is a man. Not a star. I don't know either men. I don't care to see them as stars. But they're both still on a mission. I'm sure they play Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman music in a space station!
