D) Never claimed to be a record producer. DID claim to work with Jim because at the time, it looked as if the situation was possible (much as it seems impossible to...oh jeez...everyone). As it turned out, not only did that situation not pan out, but Jim and I still keep in touch from time to time, and I just sent him a pitch he has said he is interested in, though he is currently really busy. The only issue we had (your crappy script for an animated DOTV that you posted on several forums that was actually copy-pasted from the Carpe Jugulum transcript and had some additions based on the Broadway book, and my wanting to see it for reference material) is resolved, to the best of my knowledge, by the fact that I found an old copy of it and told you that we were okay because I wouldn't contact you. And while I'm not a fan of the fact that you were the guy who plagiarized Jim's lyrics on several poetry forums (do the usernames "Gilles Garnier," "Nosgoth Phantom," or "Desert Phantom" ring a bell to you, Marcus...er...Weirdwolf...er...Venom?) and got kicked off them for it, I see that our situation has been resolved without any bullshit. And then you do this, dragging up from the mothballs a very old dispute. You want to start a class-action suit against me again (not that I believe you were going to in the first place)? Dredge up any evidence you may have, there is none, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. Only one of your charges was even remotely correct. You don't have a shred of evidence for anything other than that I was attempting to work with Jim Steinman at the time I spoke to you, and that by the time you got back to him, that situation was null and void to a certain degree. You want a suit? Fine, you'll get a suit if you raise one...a counter-suit for libel and slander, for every cent you have.
