I disagree.
I don't think this has much to do with King Kong at all, albeit the supposed song "The monster is out of the cage" (where did this one go?) perhaps.

I think the bats on the building are much more closely linked to Gargoyles, which have throughout history appeared on many goth style buildings, cathedrals and temples. An animal standing on top of a building does not necessarily mean it mimics King Kong, in fact probably King Kong is derived from those other more ancient depictions.

But the beauty of Meat's music (up until we get dicks in pants and whores who will fuck you when they are done) is that you can read into the songs what you want, they become personal. So if you think the songs are about King Kong in purple and yellow underpants with a moustache then so be it.
