Thanks for sharing. I don't think the song is bad, but it's definetely not consistent with the thematic elements from the Jim & Meat days. I can't imagine Meat Loaf whining about revealing his "insecurities" on a Steinman record -- too much naturalism and not enough teen hero. But, I guess we all grow-up... or grow old... depending on how you look at it. It's kind of funny, but I thought the production sounded a little cheap, but I was listening to a YouTube leak that may not have been mastered property, yet.

I completely agree that Jim and Meat should work on something big together -- like the final Bat album. What Part of My Body Hurts the Most could make a great single, but I'd love to have an expanded Steinman bridge added to it like in I'll Kill You If You Don't Come Back or the end of IWDAfL. The song doesn't need it, but somehow I want it.
