Some points:
* Yes there is a Scaramouche "Dark Intertwined with Darkness" chord progression influence on "A Piece of Heaven On Planet Earth".
* The verse melody line on Ghost is very similar to Bruce Springsteen's "Youngstown", mostly the live version.
