I'm in the UK and it works fine for me.
I'm reminded of a quote by Meat himself - "I make it look really hard!"
Saying that tho, his voice sounded about as good live as it's sounded in the last 10 years.
The middle song you didn't recognise was "All Of Me" and was mimed by the looks of it. TOOTAB and AFL were clearly live tho.
