For what it's worth i think the loafy is bang out of order, only in an American court could this happen.
FFS dean is just a tribute act, like many other acts he does relatively good job at raising the artists profile (loafy certainly needs his profile raising)
Dean obviously gives some fans what they want, okay he steals things here and there, ALL musicians do. I think we have a phrase in common use nowadays "fair usage" As long as he pays the fees due i see no problem there.
Loaf is just greedy he wants the whole pie, maybe jealous that dean does Meat Loaf better than loafy himself does nowadays, sings the songs the fans want, and new songs in a steinmanish style.
The website, if Dean had it first he should keep it, better still sell it to loafy.
btw i don't personally like deans music, i used to have respect for loafy, but he has descended to new depths with this.
