Whatever...
If any of the stuff that Jim's music has been used for lately was worthy of Jim's music... I'd stop complaining instantly...
I just happen to be of the opinion that bad advertising is NOT better than not advertising at all...
I am not being negative just for the fun of it... I simply believe this is not the way to go.
