| Strangest thing about me- You know, I have no idea what's strange about me. To me, I'm just average, but people tell me all the time I'm weird about things. - My metabolism is roughly 3X normal. Nothign wrong with my thyroid or anything else- it's a genetic thing. Which means I get away with eating an entire large ham and pineapple pan pizza and still get to wear 00 in jeans. - I have only once met a horse that I couldn't handle. I've worked with psychotic equines of every flavor- skewbrained from birth, off the track Thoroughbreds, abuse, neglect, blind, lame, untrained, whatever. No one in the horse community locally believed that I could tame anything to pack pony status, but I do it, and I do it consistently enough that people literally drop horses off with a note: "Can't do this- it's yours." As a result, I've never paid for a horse, despite that fact that there's enough equine equity to buy a very, very nice house in my barn. - My eyes are exactly the same color as a timber wolf's- dark circle around the iris, yellow, green and grey-blue starburst effect inside. If I'm careful about what I wear I can sort of shade them green, but they will always revert to some combination of those three if I move out of a neutral emotional state. And they reflect light the way an animal's does. - I learned how to drive on drag race cars when I was 13. - I am roughly 90% with a deck of tarot cards, regardless of who I'm reading and where we are respectively- I used to do a Drunken Tarot night on Lit, which scared a lot of the Litizens. - There is a ghost in my house, and in any house I have ever lived in. He follows e (which is fine) and drives my husband nuts. My kids get a kick out of him and piss their Christian relatives off by telling them what Uncle Shaun has been up to. - Only about 2% of pictures taken of me turn out. Most are fubared, although my mother and a couple friends can get about a 50/50 shot at having them turn out. *shrugs* To me, that's normal. To anyone else, most of it is weird. | |
