I didn't know she had done this song, but I imagine Steve Rinkoff has it?
Jim said a few years back that Holly and Ellen Foley had both done versions of It's All Coming Back To Me Now, although I can't imagine anyone topping Elaine Caswell's version. I think Kyle Gordon has sung this as well?
I would suggest Jim has had male AND female vocals recorded on a lot of his songs, just for comparisons?
In regards 'A Kiss...' I love the Rory Dodd version, but I think if you slowed it down, it could work as a country/rock ballad for a female vocal (the female being the mother of the 'daughter on the porch' and the 'city boy').
