This reminds me of what happened with Pink Floyd "Dark side of the moon". Another group had released an album with the same name, and Pink Floyd must have thought, "Oh, shit. I don't think we can use that title anymore." But the album wasn't big or it didn't succeed, something like that, and they decided to use the title in the end. It would be interesting to hear the "Other dark side of the moon".
