Actually... I seem to recall a lawsuit shortly after Back Into Hell came out where another songwriter claimed Jim plagiarized a song called, "Objects In the Rearview Mirror Are Closer Than They Appear." I don't know where you'd go with that, though; there's no double meaning, no wistful rememberance of childhood past, no twist on the cliche. Unless he was singing about a car accident.
