Yes. That makes a lot of sense. I have now been told that Jim went to London partly because Crawford made sense artistically and partly because Crawford would help them to raise the budget. Which they were apparently having a problem with. I think Crawford can be partially blamed "for what happened next" (to quote the poster Steven) but I think there were a lot of mistakes which made the show so appalling that Jim publicly called it crap and not all of those mistakes can be blamed on Crawford. Just some of them. | |
