Five: "A Teenager in Love" from Pandora's Box's IACBTMN video.
Six: "Nocturnal Pleasures" from Dead Ringer.
Seven: The spoken intro to Steve Barton's "Confession of a Vampire (The Insatiable Appetite)" from the DotV demoes.
Eight: "Catwoman's Song" from the Batman demoes.
Nine: "Left in the Dark" has a spoken intro and outro on Bad for Good.
Ten: "Love and Death and an American Guitar" on Bad for Good. Sure, that's mostly the same thing as "Wasted Youth", but still.
