Welcome to the Neighbourhood was Meat's idea of a concept album and he definitely had a storyline in mind with some very short connecting songs in there. Has anybody found out what that concept album is all about because I think this album is Meat trying to mould Bat 3, basically a template that Jim should have fine tuned for Bat 3 but ambitions got the better of the both of them. They should revisit the albums content/sentiment and finish off Bat 3 properly. Also Bat 3 should be renamed as it does not have all Jim's songs on it and is a forgery.
