Have you seen the original 1925 version of "The Phantom of the Opera"? I know that would sound silly if you didn't know what I was talking about, but there are actually two versions of the film, the 1925 version which is the version that was shown originally, and a re-edit that was released in 1929, which is the more common. There are differences: There is no Carlotta's mother in the original version. It's only Carlotta. There are other differences as well. You can watch the original version here (see the link)
