I think I have said this before but Def Leppards Wasted song had a major influence on Jim, as heard on BOOH2 lyric and sound on one song.DefLeps re-recorded it with a newer sound b ut this song was the one that got their audience in the UK even when the album was geared up for the US market from the start, see album cover. Jim picked up on this early album I reckon and their next 2 albums gave him the sound he was looking for.
