Even though its debatable if Jim is responsible for such moments I enjoy some of the instrumentals and connecting pieces

The piano/guitar part in I'll Kill You If You Dont Come Back when it just changes from clunky rocker to heartfelt ballad

The solo in Loving Yous A Dirty Job... where it sounds like a mixture of jumbo jet and an elephant soaring

The We Will Rock You motorbike kickstart thing in Original Sin

2 guitar solos in IACBTMN

The baby chime/music box at the end of Safe Sex

lots of little touches on the BFG album...though I suspect Todd Rundgren is largely responsible for those

The spacey end to TEOTH with Rory Dodd singing over the piano hook

The duelling guitar wank ending to Stark Raving Love...probably Davey Johnstone should take credit

The bit when Nocturnal Pleasures jumps straight into Deadringer though its a shame that trick was used a few more times

Another aspect of Jims albums which I think is overlooked is the song sequencing - BOOH is brilliant, well they all seem damn good OS is a bit of a mish mash but how can you fail to be impressed when the closer is TFJAWIUTB

The weird/surreal spoken parts - The Want Ad in particular
