I would guess he does. Meat is really going out of his way to mention Jim in every interview. Looks pretty sincere to me and he looks like he's trying to give Jim a lot of credit.
He mentioned the SOF award that Jim received.
I just don't see him making those kind of statements without there being something behind them.
