Think this is ALW's biggest 'flop' to date, although I liked 'You've Never Had It So Good' and 'I'm Hopeless When It Comes To You'.

The Profumo scandal continues to be an intriguing story but perhaps not suited as a stage musical. Maybe it should have been a BBC2 TV drama with songs?

Jim's Batman demos have such a great 'atmosphere' about them, especially the opening 'Angels Arise/Graveyard Shift'. I think it could be great as long as they get the story and staging right, and that's easier said than done.

I think Warner Bros will take the plunge eventually, with or without Jim, but lets hope they don't hire U2, the Spiderman songs were crap!

From the little I know, I've always thought the Bat musical (or Neverland) would work better as a film or animation? It just seems too epic to work on stage?
