You're asking about the bonus live CD that came packaged with the Australian version of CHSIB. I have two sets of MP3s. One is very good quality but missing the end of Bat Out Of Hell. The other is very poor quality, but of the whole CD. I can upload them later, unless someone beats me to it.
Be warned though that in general it isn't very good. It was mixed by Kasim and therefore has the same problem as everything else mixed by Kasim. The bass is far too loud.
