According to the Cherry Red website:
"This edition is packaged in a digi-pak with extensive liner notes, 16 page booklet, plus plenty of rare artwork and memorabilia."
So it's exactly the same album as everyone already has, in a cardboard sleeve with some pretty pictures. I assume the 30th Anniversary refers to the fact it was originally released in 1984, 30 years ago.
