The footage you linked is from the full show or near enough to it
My copy cuts the first few seconds of act one.There is another small cut into Safe haven at the start of scene 10.
Also there is a fast forward for a few seconds on Annie christmas from the source tape i guess
Act two again cuts into Safe haven but other wise appears to be complete.
The programme is a bit off as there is a Reprise of If only during scene 5 act two sung by swallow to one of the other kids
