A year after release: Well, you know I love Jimmy but well um, the record company wouldn't pay for the time we needed and um, Jim was just letting us use some stuff that he did not really write for this album, um and well while it was really good um, the record company did no promotion, um and those illegal downloaders, um you know records don't sell today the way they used to, um and record companies just um, won't spend any money and we did the best we could,um under the circumstances, then on the tour uh, well I was sick and I thought I sang fine um, I listened to all the tapes, and Caryl told me it was great you know so it is not just me saying that, and those ticketmaster and online Vegas reviews well um, the bad ones everyone talks about aren't there now, um and I don't know how that happened of course and the youtube videos um I had to get Red Pony to pull those because um, the crappy cell phone quality and the sound quality just gave a wrong impression, uh and the AFL sucks and um...oh and the vocals on the album were all sung as you hear them no studio tricks were used. | |
