Of course you'd say that, ever the gleaming pessimist you are (Personally, I think we need pessimists. But not too many. It stops us from floating around in the clouds.)
It's a Steinman site with a DOTV section which is only a tiny fraction of a bigger tribute. It's set up as a 5th anniversary tribute to the Broadway production, a dream that Steinman wanted to fulfill probably since "The Dream Engine".
Whereas Carpe-Jugulum is solely devoted to "Dance Of The Vampires" in all of its incarnations. Vienna, Stuttgart, Estonia, Broadway, Hamburg, Warsaw, Tokyo, Berlin, Budapest and who knows Sweden, UK and Hollywood :D (Actually, I've heard rumblings about Off-Broadway and something else which has me excited ;) They're, essentially, nothing alike because they serve two very different purposes.
I have no specific interest in making a site devoted to DOTV, its just an example of Paradise lost, a dream shattered and torn by a big-name ego and an unsuited cast and creative team.
And, yes, I do think everyone deserves to hear the demos in the best sound quality you can possibly grab. Why settle for less?
