Desmond deserves a load of flack for Bat 3 (lame songs & lamer production), but 'Discipline' is a fantastic album.
Great vocals (reminds me of TR), and great songs, including a fantastic co-write with Burt Bacharach, 'Obsession', and a gorgeous ballad at the end, 'A Ray of Hope'.
There's also a couple of Dianne Warren's better efforts on there as well.
