I first heard Bat out of Hell in my friend's mum's car in about 1993 and loved it immediately. I think it was probably about 2 or 3 years later than I first realised that all my favourite Meatloaf songs were by Jim Steinman. After that I started checking the sleeve notes for all my favourite songs and kept finding Jim's name. I've been hooked ever since!
