The reason we have tides on this planet is because the sea is endlessly attempting to give the moon a hug. It never can, and it never will, but if it did, WE WOULD ALL DIE.
Because it means either we lost the atmosphere and the sea has floated into space, or the moon has crashed into the earth.
Nothing will ever happen nothing will ever happen!!
