Since Joseph Papp rejected Neverland, he would have returned any scripts and demo tapes to Jim. I didn't find anything in the public library.
I do know that Dance In My Pants is the same as the song on Bad For Good, and it was sung by Barry and Ellen. Hushabye (the Malediction) is the same as Hushabye from Rhinegold. Kingdom Come is the same as the Song of the Dream Engine (Hear the Screams).
