| It's not up to me but one can dream. Going all the way is just the start is sounding great. But the song sounds like an album closer to me. Bat out of Hell 4Ever: Escape from Hell (cash in for the final time, why not) All songs by Jim Steinman (no bonus songs anywhere) CD1 Act 1 Angels Arise / Graveyard Shift More (2nd track should be a rocker ala Bat 2 with Lemon) Only When I feel / Break it (why not put it back together as in 2005 live versions?) Speaking in Tongues Who needs the Young Stark Raving Love (Brian May & Paul Crook guitar duel) Loving You is a dirty Job (better and longer if closer to Steinman / Rundgren's production I think) Godz (best place to put it at end of CD 1 since it is a bit of a weird track) CD2 Act 2 Souvenirs (Sounds like a great opener to Act 2 / CD 2) Dance in my Pants (with Ellen - yes why not?!) Skull of your country Train of Love What Part of My Body Hurts The Most (everyone was waiting for this... so where is it?) Going all the way is just the start (perfect finisher for the Bat legacy) 2*50 minutes. Double CD. Make the backing vocals more Rundgren-esque throughout... This way you start the album and finish it with both 12 minute songs, give everyone what there is left to give and that is it. Oh well... Still looking forward to Braver but thought after 3 years in production it was going to be more ultimate. I am guessing they recorded lots of non Steinman tracks and eventually rejected a lot etc. | |
