Personally I'd prefer it if the performance could be described as "majestic", "bombastic", "multi-layered", "soaring" etc.
Alas he couldn't make it like that anymore. I'm sure people will call Meats performance emotional, but from the sound of that rasping, wheezing voice I'd say the only emotion found there is the one the listener brings.
