I don't know who Gary is.
If memory serves, the project from the mid-90s was actually called Bat Out Of Hell 2100. I think the 2010 was just a typo. It was going to be a film version of Dream Engine/Neverland/BOOH set in the year 2100. John Bon Jovi was attached to it, if I recall.
