The very front row of the balcony is okay...then it gets grim...very back row of the balcony center is also good (for the price). The boxes can be great if you are a party of two in a box alone. Front row stalls is usually a bad seat - not in this theatre because of the bit pit. Front of dress circle is great. I don't think, in all of my viewings, I ever sat in upper circle. Hope this helps.
