Bad Attitude 2: The Monster Is Loose

About 15 years ago I was DJing at a small radio station in northern California. It was a great gig; I could play whatever I wanted (as long as it was not obscene). I played at least one Steinman song per show. I've been listening to old tapes of my show lately.

When The Monster Is Loose came out, I jokingly referred to it as Bad Attitude 2, since it was an imitation Steinman album. But on one show (Sunday, May 27, 2007) I made an offhand comment that I do not remember, but I'm impressed with how funny it was.

I played In The Land Of The Pig, and when announcing it called the album Bat Out Of Hell 3: The Fountainhead, starring Meat Loaf as Peter Keating, Jim Steinman as Howard Roark, and Desmond Child as Ellsworth Toohey. If you've read the book, you either think this is hilarious or utterly offensive.
