						| I was listening to Karla DeVito's album Wake 'Em Up In Tokyo today. (You can read my review of it on Amazon if you're bored.) I noticed something in one of the songs that I had missed before.
One of the lines in the song Love I Can Taste is, "A kiss is a terrible thing to waste."

I'm not sure when Jim wrote his first version of A Kiss, possibly as early as 1984. Karla's album came out in 1986. The question is, who borrowed the line from who?
