The seminar I attended was in 1989 ten years earlier, and the audience was a music industry group of fledgling and active songwriters. I was working for the organization that was presenting it. Desmond talked about general songwriting and did do some acoustic guitar performance, probably the same songs you mention. Desmond said that the timeframe from a recording session to a release is around sixteen months to two years, which means that, with reference to the odd project that Booh3 turned out to be, was a rush to market by that standard and experience.
