That is such a great post, and I am glad that you answered it. Of everyone here I expected you to come up with something. I think that the song "Bat Out Of Hell" gave me a sense of bravery in my life, and also a sense of caution: make sure that the sudden turn comes into sight before it is too late. I think that "Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad" gave me a feeling of strength when dealing with the false feelings I found in my family, particularly the coldness of their "warmth". I think that I discovered through listening to the album Bat Out Of Hell a sense of what I wanted to feel in my life, and how much I wanted to feel in my life. I wore out the grooves of my first copy in a matter of weeks when it first came out. But, as it was I was not able to feel any of the things I wanted to feel, and placed it all on a shelf. I think that the song Bat Out Of Hell eventually took things off the shelf that I had placed there, and I began to feel the things I wanted to feel. All in all, the whole experience is so subjective to me, that it is hard to describe in other terms.

Bat Out Of Hell became my soul's license to drive.
