It was inevitable that it was going to happen...AGAIN...sooner or later. Any constitution that gives you the 'right to bare arms' and has a culture of guns is always going to have this sort of shit happening.
It is a very very sad situation. Could it have been avoidable? who knows? only time and the blame game will tell.
