This is one heck of an information toggle between the seemingly alarming news by wenners, and the small statistic provided by yourself. I think balance lies in the fact that the proportion of humanoid wild beasts shooting guns is greater in the United States, and that would still be a cultural issue. I reiterate my inquiry as to what they do that we don't, or that we seem can't do for our own civil peace without overbearing governmental restraints or insanity.
