Anal -- it means Anal retentive, which is a freudian theory about the manner in which some people have a strong desire or obsession about retaining, keeping and maintaining everything around them, due to their experience at a given stage of their childhood development.
But today it is just a figure of speech that means you are a bit obsessive about keeping any given thing/ things "right", "correct" and "nice" and is not necessarily used in an attempt to categorise an entire person's persona / attitude in accordance with Freudian theory.
