The way I see it, you may be measuring your trauma in the economic impacts, but emotionally I do not view that you and your family are absent from trauma. Plus, any time a family is separated, there is trauma. There is alot that a struggle could yield in growth and saving. But your situation is uniquely yours and I make no attempt to judge you or the quality of your life. I'm only stating things that are a set of natural and unavoidable assumptions. I'm sorry that your choice of mate became so unpleasant for you. I've been in relationships in my life with men who were what you may call whores, and know that they are insensitive beasts with smiles painted on their faces. During those times I felt helpless and weak, and there were times that I was beaten, nearly strangled. If I had ever considered marrying any of those, I am certain that my life would have looked more similar to yours than my life looks like now. I was not trying to get a reaction in the way I apparently have gotten from you. If I got a reaction from you I was really hoping it would be something like "Oh, thanks." But I realize you don't want to thank me for anything. My husband is fine, thank you. | |
