I adore Annie. Her lyrics are so naff, but somehow they still manage to work. The lyrics on parts of BARE are probably some of her worst... but it's still a fantastic lot of songs.
And whilst I'm far more familiar with her solo career... I do prefer her when she's with Dave Stewart. PEACE, the Eurythmics album from, like, 1999 is my favourite of either of their work.
(unless Dave can get some credit for lending his studio to the Wilburys).
