Nice contribution. Thanks for hammering this out. It sure beats the Noteworthy Composer version that's been floating around since 2000.
You should send a copy to Margoshes. Back at OTT in 2005, he and I were talking about it and he said he'd never written the piece down. I told him I had a rough transcription and he asked me to email it to him. He might be interested in reviewing your copy.
