Apparently, the new look for Spector is a straightened lean lined-cut look, which is conservative. It must undoubtedly help a defense to appear like one is normal. CNN published a photo of the new look but I'm not uploading it.
My opinion of this trial is like all others in which ambiguity reigns supreme. It is painful to see, like the event which brought it, and the history of this man's accomplishments. When Jim Cypherd spoke uncomfortably about the "control" aspect between the alleged treatments of Spector of Ronnie during their marriage, it was a perspective of both the husband-wife, producer-artist, and relationship squabbles of he said she said, of a marriage gone bad. I've never heard Cypherd speak in any way in favor of the actual treatment, or on the factual basis which existed or was lacking in anyone's information, or the way that a man must treat a woman. Cypherd can joke in a locker-room with the best of them, but I've not known him to be of a similar mind as either the fictional representations or the possible real flaws that Spector has. I've usually felt emotionally taken well care of by Cypherd who possesses a high degree of sensitivity.
What is the most uncomfortable about the first article I've read about Spector's trial, is that an emphasis is attempted at bringing in his musical accomplishments. Who that is accomplished would want this to be forgotten, indeed, but it is not relevant to the quality of the life, and sadly, that is the place where we sit. Talented, and troubled, what will be the outcome? What is just? Can the facts surface as the facts really must? We need to wait and see.
