An expensive wine collection is a lot different to a 'tatty' & 'tacky' old record company award.
Wine collections are quite commonly built up as long term investments, and are sold from time to time, whether the owner needs to or not.
Even ALW sold a chunk of his collection a few years back, and he hardly needs the money.
The record award looks 'tatty', and I can't believe someone paid over $200.
These 'awards' commonly fall into other people's hands, and are easy to duplicate as well.
Also, whether it belonged to Jim or not, I doubt that he sold it on; if anything, he probably gave it away, if he did indeed own it in the first place?
