This is, as I've said, a matter for Jim and Meat to resolve or choose not to resolve. Not for admirers to conclude on their behalf.
I see them as one of those Couples From Hell.
The relationship may be heaven, it may be hell, may rain fire and shit. Best to leave them to it, and give them room, not to take sides.
