He's playing the Sweden Rock Festival though ;-) (And I wouldn't have expected him to be fourth on the bill. Damn! He's playing the slot before the headliners. Meat Loaf followed by Heaven and Hell, hot damn!)
But as to the rest of your post: I agree. I'm going to see him twice next month. And I go to shows to be entertained, and that is a thing he is still capable of. If I want to hear the songs being reproduced exactly as they are on the album, well, I play the album instead.
