Mick Jagger would be interesting indeed. I have seen him act only once. In the 1980s, in the US, there was a show called "Faerie Tale Theatre" which was hosted by Shelley Duvall. Jagger played the Emperor in "The Nightingale" where he did a marvelously convincing job. I've never forgotten it.
I don't recall seeing David Bowie on that list. I think there are parallels between Krolock and King Jareth who Bowie played in "Labyrinth", the Jim Henson film. Bowie would make an awesome Krolock, IMO. I wonder if he knows about the "When Love Is Inside You" thing ;-)
