I believe the original broadcast was slightly longer. For example Bat 2 was cut on the bat 2 picture video whereas in those days Meat did the whole 12 minutes.
Also originally the announcer said: "Please welcome Meat Loaf AND THE NEVERLAND EXPRESS". Imagine cutting that shit! I have the original show on video / audio cassette but it is somewhere in my parents loft in Holland. Lol.
Hopefully somebody has this too and can post the complete show. I think Bat sounded great from the brief clips you see on the Bat 2 picture show. I think Meat's voice was great back then.
