Jim in the blog has referenced that he was writing and re-writing the book, and finding new places for more things. It is a project that evolved beyond his first and second descriptions of it.

Well, what one assumes is that "Neverland" is the actual basis, and not the conveniently referenced basis for the works, as "The Dream Engine" preceded that and could be considered a basis for "Neverland" The show will be what Jim envisions it to be, and I am certain it is not what we have been led to expect in terms of story.

I do not believe Jim would not do such a thing. I think that in this work he will justify many of his leitmotifs and/or make excellent use of them.

The song "Bat Out Of Hell" began as a duet in "Neverland" as a love theme between Baal and Wendy. Since this is not in the album "Bat Out Of Hell", one could use their imagination to figure that Jim may have other ideas than the constraints of albums in his planning. Therefore, I am certain that it is not album-centric.
